I want to join with my former colleage, Dr. Arpana Inman, and my present colleagues, Dr. Pam Foley, Dr. Peggy Brady Amoon, and Dr. Ben Beitin.  With alll of them I favor the ACA regulations on portability, which allow for counselors who graduated from a non-CACREP program, but are licensed for independent practice in another state, to be eligible for licensure in Virginia as well.
