As a longtime member of this society I am writing to request that the Virginia Board of Dentistry allow continuing education credit for our programs.  Being the largest population center in southwest Virginia, we are the logical place for dentists to meet and learn rather than to have to travel so much farther for continuing education credit.  We have excellent programs and speakers, providing timely and pertinent information in a rapidly changing profession.
