No more money to nuclear plants located on the fault line

To whom it may concern,

I would like to express my strong preference that no further money is spent on nuclear energy in Virginia.  Nuclear energy is dangerous, as high-profile meltdowns like Chernobyl and Fukushima demonstrate.  Invisible does not equal clean.  What's more, new nuclear plants take longer to build than renewable energy sources like wind or solar facilities.  Let us make responsible decisions for our children and grandchildren.  I support no new nuclear plants and no new reactors.  This position indicates that I don't support dumping money into our old plants located on a fault line.  In order for Virginia to be competitive and successful, we need to embrace the 21st century and move forward with renewables and incentives that promote energy efficiency.

Thank you for your attention to this matter of grave importance to me.

Best,
