this is a no brainer. you should be able to LAWFULLY carry a handgun either in your vehicle, or on your person.  you have the right to self defense. if a person/criminal is going to break the law, then having a law against legally carrying a handgun, is only going to keep law abiding citizens from protecting themselves. criminals have no reguard for any law, therefore any law keeping people from carrying legally, only benefits criminals.
