Allowing lawful weapon carry in state forests

To whom it may concern,

I support the right of a citizen to carry a weapon in state forests.  Whether by CWP, open carry or otherwise.  The right to " keep and bear arms" translates clearly to "own and carry".  Any distortion of this is nothing less than an infringement of that right.  Carrying a weapon for self protection is the right of any United States citizen.  There are already an abundance of laws on the books covering the multitude ways that crimes are committed with a weapon.  Lets be practical and not make a network of traps whereby ordinary law abiding citizens can be charged with a "crime" for merely exercizing their right to carry a weapon.  One should not have to become "local ordance paranoid" when visiting the many beautiful state forests within their home state.
