I would suggest we consider why there is a shortage of LVTs in the commonwealth instead of giving our work to unskilled laborers, who will be paid a considerable amount less to do our job. We need to ask how to keep the LVTs we have, and encourage those to become licensed, rather than cutting corners to add to the shortage.
