I have been recieving dry needle therapy along with PT and the benefits are amazing. My muscle tightness, spasms and pain has decreased greatly. My PT is very knowledgable about the technique and gives handouts on the risks and benefits. I believe that with education and training all PTs should add this to the list of tools in their scope of practice.
