Please remove the requirement of full last name on name badges. I personally know of many incidents where this has been a problem. Many nurses have been contacted and harassed due to knowing the nurses full name and attempting to contact them via Facebook and even calling them on the hospital unit. The hospital units take care of patients that are on TDO's until medically cleared for psyche units, and also inmates. If psyche and ER's are exempt from needing their last names on badges this should also apply to all staff. Patients don't stay long in the ER they stay on patient units.  Please help keep everyone safe by removing this requirement
