As a surgical tech in labor and delivery I came in contact with a dad who proceeded to harass me via Facebook thru messenger. I made my manager aware of this and begged to have the last names removed but per our Director and HR my request was rejected. I then asked to have two ID badges like the nurses one without our last name to display publicly and the other for work purposes which would have our full names but that idea was also met negatively.
