I am 100% in favor of removing last names from our badges. We as nurses make patient safety our number one priority each time we work but I do feel very strongly that we should also protect ourselves. We live in the age of technology and it is very easy for people to be found and contacted. Please let nurses protect their privacy and well-being by approving the removal of last names from badges.
