Please consider removing nurse's last names from all name badges. After talking with several colleagues and having several personal issues myself, this has become a serious problem for nurses. Yes patients do have the right to report, however patients to do have the right to stalk and harass nurses and make nurses feel uncomfortable in a career that they are proud to serve in. Please make nursing safe!
