The law in place covers fighter safety, bloodwork, physicals , etc.

The GCA wants to be the sole sanctioning body and then has the neve to put in the law that approved sanctioning organizations would be EXEMPT from law under 1228.  Yeah, the GCA is all about fighter safety (sarcasm). They are all about CONTROL and HB1228 would make them above the LAW.
