Support PT dry needling

Accupunturist will lobby they had to go to school for 4 years. Well PTs go for 7 years. We are Doctors  of physical therapy. We are  trained in anatomy, phys, kinesiology, etc. Dry needling is a beneficial treatment to our patients. PT are getting the research done to show the benefit of dry needling, no one else has step into this roll to prove its worth. PT have the skill set and we don't take dry needling lightly.  Dry needling is assessed and preformed differently than acupuncture. You can compare apples and oranges and try to say the apple is an orange because it fits your agenda.  Dry needling is not acupuncture and it needs to be support for Continued PT use as so many states have already stepped up and done!
