The Governmental Agency in Virginia is a agency as same as any other state in United States. Their responsibility is to protect the Public interest and Public Safety. Prohibit any illegal pratice below Professional Training Standard and Stop any illegal violation pratice against the State professional standard and the scope of the Pratice?Their regulatory agency's duty is to oversee the professions standard requirement and pratice in the Health care system of United State. The PT use so called "Dry needle " training which they just study only 50 hours of theory and puncture needle study versas the licensed Acupuncturits 3000 hours and 4 year formal professional training?Dry Needle if in Virginia becomes legalized, Thatresult it is unexceptable and irresponsible for the public interest and Safety?PT deny the fact that they were originated learning needling from acupuncturist and later on gave a name to call "Dry Needle" which actually it was used and token from the part of Acupuncture and the Acupuncture professional training criteria?Even the needle of Dry Needle is Acupuncture Needle which has beenis classified in the FDA ruling : Acupuncture needle is belong to dangerous medical device. The needle must be used within and with well trained Licensed Acupuncturists but not the person who show up learning period of only barely 50 hours?please stop Pt  Dry Needle practice unless they should follow the State acupuncture practice law go through formal acupuncture training and fulfill the acupuncture state licensed exam requirment?please stop Dry Needle in Virginia for the good cause!!
