I urge the Governor to comply with Code 24.2-418, Application for registration, under the Virginia Constitution, and NOT change the voter registration form.  Changing the form would make it easier for illegal immigrants, convicted felons with no voting priviledges, and other non-citizens to vote in Virginia elections.  This is unconstitutional, as well as, grossly unfair to legitimate citizens of Virginia.
