Voter fraud is incredibly rare. What isn't rare is people who don't have an ID being kept out of the voting booth 

Avoiding  making voting accessible to all citizens shows how much fear people are in,; they clearly know they are the minority and  are terrified of change that would make our country more just. 

No, it isn't as simple as everyone going to the dmv, not everyone has the luxury of time required for such a feat.
