Do not change Virginia's Constitution.  These changes, offered by a feckless Governor, would be highly detrimental to the dignity and prestige of the law abiding citizens of our great state of Virginia.  Felons, by their very actions, abrogate their right to vote; thus providing an important deterrent to such acts.  Non-citizen and illegal persons have no standing to vote, nor should they;  allowing these individuals to vote makes a mockery of the entire process.  Full picture ID's indicating place of residence and evidence of not only citizenship but also evidence of an understanding of our language should be required.
