Please do not change the Voter Registration Forms.  I think that you do not give the Registrars enough credit, our job is partly to make sure that qualified people are registered voters.  We make sure that the people who do not fill the forms in properly receive a new form with a return envelope to send it back to us.  Virginia has always been known as a clean state for voting please let's keep it that way.
