Being an American citizen is the corneristone of the U.S  and Virginia Constitutions. Residency of visitors, green card holders , illegals migrants, convicted felons those on work permits , and potential terrorists all would be able to vote!!!    This is not why I spent 21 years supporting our democracy .         Please do not allow this catastrophy  to invalidate current law.
