We already are terribly vulnerable to voter fraud. Please do not abbreviate the questions on the voter registration form that would further abbrogate our ability to restrict voting to actual citizens who are not felons. American citizens cannot vote in countries where they are not citizens. Residents (legal or illegal) who are not American citizens should not be able to influence the outcome of our elections and other matters up for vote.

I have served as an election officer for the City of Alexandria for more than a decade. I am greatly concerned that Virginia is not more conscientious about ascertaining voter eligibility.
