If you want people to commit voter fraud, you remove all obstacles preventing that from happening.  We need to keep guidelines in place, require a photo ID, and have people prove they have the right to vote.  I have voted in VA since I turned 18 in 1977.  For 37 years, I have proudly shown my ID to vote and will be happy to continue to do so. If someone has a problem with this, they do not have the right to vote!
