This proposal is a disaster-in-the-making for pet owners.  First of all, furry, feathered, scaly and smooth-skinned pets are members of our families.  Any and all health matters should not be left to the discretion of any veterinary student and/or licensed instructor wihout the consent of the family as to actually what is being suggested in each individual case. .We know our family members, and we will not allow any procedures without our appoval.  .
