I support FULLY INFORMED owner consent to any non certified or fully qualified student or other person performing ANY procedures of ANY kind on ANY pet. I also support FULLY INFORMED consent before any procedure of any kind is performed even by a fully certified and recognized veterinarian. People SHOULD know the entire extent of any thing that is to be done to or for their pets from giving any meds to full blown operations to taking temperatures. KNOW your vet. KNOW who has your pet's life in their hands.  This info should be prominently displayed and required for all pet owners.
