allowing all vet students to do what ever to any animal with out owner consent , is horrible,I have had horses and dogs for over 50 years so I might as well treat them myself...I have had first year vets come to my farm at various times and have had to show them the proper way to do several procedures, it Tech is going to allow any year student without surervision to do anything, I will no longer use the services at Tech...too chancy and I would think that it would open up a suing situation ...too bad this is happening...
