I am trusting that in the absence of Cuccinelli and in the fortunate presence of Dr. Marissa Levine, the BOH is going to reverse the TRAP regulations, thus reducing unnecessary barriers designed to keep women across the Commonwealth from accessing a safe and legal procedure.
