This new proposal will only create hassel and inefficiency in vet clinics. It is completely unrealistic to expect vet techs and vet students to be able to gain the experience necessary to perform well in their jobs if their training is limited. Many people, especially pet owners, do not really understand all of the workings of a vet clinic and all of the training and mentorship that is involved. As an employee of a vet clinic I am extremely opposed to this proposal, and strongly believe that Virginia should be using its time and resources in more effiecient and beneficial ways.
