I am currently a Distance Ed student through BRCC and the only way for us to learn and get hands on experience and practice to to be working in a clinic.  We learn every task we do before we are allowed to perfom the tasks and atre under the supervision of our mentor whether it be the veterinarian or another LVT.  This would put a big "monkey wrench" on things per say.  I strongly oppose this idea.
