I agree with Wayne A. Moyer Ph.D. (comment added 7/20/2014 4:20 pm) Keeping it simple and reasonable shoud be the way to include all voters in the voting process. While a secure form of recording a vote with strong controls is needed to prevent some from trying to vote more than once, the increased use of real time computer systems updated when a voter checks in should indentify and block misuse of the voting process. This will help voters without Motor Vehicles issued photo IDs not to be discouraged from voting.
