Please repeal these unnecessary regulations. Abortion is one of the safest procedures available, and the clinics were regulated enough before these regulations. If a particular ambulatory clinic is expected to meet these stringent rules, then all such clinics should meet the same rules. An abortion  clinic should be regulated the same as an orthopedic, or other, clinic.
