Defining Absudity and Stupidity

Having plenty of recent and LOCAL incidents highlighting the needs for MHSS and Crisis services, restricting access and funding to mental health services is simply stupid.

To add salt to past wounds, restricting services designed to prevent mental hospitalizations to only those who have been previously hospitalized is utterly absurd. Regulating a preventative service so that it cannot prevent a hospitalization because it is required for the service is ridiculous catch-22.

These changes will not only cost Virginia more money than they will ever save, they are detrimental to the public health, safety, and individuals' Human Rights.
