I believe that limiting access and availability to individuals needing mental health treatment is just plain wrong. When you eliminate services, you not ony affect the individual needing the services, but you also negatively affect thecommunity as a whole. We do NOT save taxpayer dollars by doing this, It actually ends ups costing us more as a society.
