As someone who has been in the mental health field in several different capacities over the last 16 years I am very discouraged and a lot of the changes that are coming down from  Medicaid, etc.  I have worked with many people who may have never been admitted in a psychiatric hospital but has had care in the past and needs to obtain care once in services.  Many of these client's would not get this help without Mental Health Support Services and I truly wish that everyone involved would start thinking of the people who need the services not just those who have had services and have supports to assist them in getting them.  I truly hope that those who get lost in the shuffle don't get further down as if this happens we are bound to see more neglect and abuse towards children and also more crime rates. 

Hoping that someone will some to their senses and stop waiting for another Gus Deeds to happen because there is no room at the inn or help to find a room.
