VA should be the last state even considering cuts to mental health.   Let remember the VA Tech shooting..... and now the stabbing of the Senator and the death of his son.   If there are providers using the program inappropriately then go after the provider by increasing audits.....  Local auditors familiar with the community would also be helpful..... Those of us in the field know who the good providers are and we know the providers that are misappropriating funds/services.   

Why punish consumers with mental health diagnosis when the problem appears to provider based.
