This is so very sad. This makes me worry about the future of my young daughter. Shouldn't we be giving more help to those in need, not taking it away. There will so many people who won't be able to receive the care that they not only need but deserve. Imagine how hopeless it would feel knowing if you didn't meet specific criteria, then you had no options...no help.
