If your "version" of religion conflicts with the law, it doesn't appear to be a problem here in VA.  Just force it on everyone anyway, because...well, because you have the power and you can.  Just stop the public pretense of it being about public health.  The GOP is gloating about their "strategy".  Own it, VA Board of Health.  You are part of that strategy and you are ok with that.
