It is painfully obvious that the AG not only overstepped his boundaries, but also has mis-applied the law (or simply ignored it) in this case.  The onerous regulations have absolutely nothing to do with good medical practice in the area of women's health and safety and everything to do with intrusive, theologically-driven politics.  The outcome will most definitely set Virginia back 40 years in the area of women's health.
