I find it absolutely tragic that the Board of Health succumbed to Ken Cucinelli's bullying. These regulations will ultimately cause clinics to close and leave thousands of women without access to healthcare. It's been a sad year for women in Virginia, and I hope that this petition causes a few more eyes to open.
