As Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia Mr. Cuccinelli must understand that equal status under the law undergirds our entire judicial system.  His attempt to selectively apply the laws governing existing v. new hospital construction exhibits a blatant disregard for that legal principle.  His intentional disregard for this basic legal principlel suggests grounds for impeachment.
