Thank you for your work on behalf of all Virginia public school students. 

Please do not accept the Regulations Governing Educational Services for Gifted Students as proposed.

Please reinstate DOE approval of five-year local plans for gifted programs.

Please put back language to ensure that funds earmarked for gifted services will be used only for those services.

Please change the language to read "...shall include procedures for identification and service in one or more of the following:  English, OR history and social science, OR mathematics, OR science" in order to allow local school division flexibility.
