Section 171-110 B1 Make an  exception that electronic security instructors not be DCJS certified instructors.  (Because our instructors are often manufacturing representatives).

171-290 C  Add that ES businesses utilize factory trained representatives for in-service training requirements without going through a certified training school nor being a certified training instructor

 Section 171-350 Make the training standards all the same for each electronic security category.  Duplicate training is not mandated. Rather than increasing training hours (cost), re-tool content to cover what DCJS considers lacking.
