Personally I think the dcjs class is pointless and a waste of time and money. When I took the class I got nothing from it that helped me in the preformance of my duties as a cs operator. The training i recieved in house was much more helpfull. I almost feel guilty that my company had to pay so much money for me to take a class that put me to sleep. And for that matter why dose it cost that much in the first place? Why do people have to pay that much to sit through eight hours of teaching that most people wont even use in their job. The doughnuts were a nice touch though.
