When a company makes a new hire, they spent so much time and money on training. To have to spend extra money on outside training is a bit much in my opinion. I enjoyed the training school class that I took but I would have prefered to have spent that time learning more about our company and our procedures. No outside class could be as efective as inside training because each company is so different in it's equipment, procedures, ect. As long as each company abides all regulations (which we all do anyway) i dont see why we cant be trained by our company. Inside training can be more effective becuase when all regulations are taught alongside the company's regular training, it will make more sense and me more cohesive. Also, this esures that everyone within is up-to-date. If companies/individuals did not have to spend so much money on training, we could be trained more frequety.
