I honestly had no idea from day one as to what the purpose of the DCJS class was for. Here six years later I still have no idea as to what the DCJS class is for. It is definitely a waste of money in more than one way. For instance, I work in the monitoring center and if I can remember well the class had little to nothing to do with my job. I always wondered how can someone that has probably never done my job try and train me how to do my job.

It 's a class that every business within itself should be able to hold and therefore they can teach their employees how they expect the job to be done.  With that being said no one can or shouldn be able to walk out saying that they didn't earn antyhing from the class like I did.

As for the way that DCJS issue out cards is terrible. You have to make sure that you turn in your paperwork extra early because papers sit around on people desk. You never can get a sociable person to talk to on the phone that makes good sense or that will even give you the time of day to even try an explain anything too. So that system really needs to be improved when they are charging everyone all this money for this class. I just think it's a waste of time and money the way that things are going now.
