I personally think that the training available from training schools and online are not useful and are a complete waste of valuable time and money. I believe that it would be more useful and cost efficient to have the authority to do our own training wihout opening a training school or hiring DCJS instructors. It could save time and money having someone already within the company who knows the same information.
