DCJS Regulations

When I heard about the idea of having to open a training school or hire DCJS instructors to show people like myself how to perform my job within the code of the system, I saw it as a waste of time and money.  I can understand the idea of making everything sure everyone receives the same information but this can also be acheived in house as well.  There are people who are well qualified with loads of experience on how this business works and its laws, there is no need to establish a training school or get instructors in.

Sometime nothing beats in house training,  the connection is mostly already their with the qualified person and the people he or she is training, which makes a more comfortable learning experience because some people don't want to ask questions or may not understand the person instructing if it's a stranger but if the instructor knows his/her people then they know how to adjust to ensure those people understand.

I just think that money and time can be spent in a different way, I've learned from my instructors and if something was to come up that I have quesions about I know that they are a phone call or office away with all the information I need.  No need to hire someone for the company who knows the same information.
