I believe that the proposed revisions are unfair and ultimately can be very exclusive in nature.  It does not allow for children who may be gifted in some areas but not others to be included or considered.  The funding is yet another issue!  Finally, a one-shot screening is totally unfair. What if there is a death in the family or the child is ill that day? More compassionate consideration should be the case here...what about the STUDENTS?
