On behalf of The Nature Conservancy, I am writing in support of the proposed regulation adding three species and removing one species from Virginia's endangered species list and and adding one species to the threatened species list.  Important protections are afforded to Virginia's most vulnerable plants and insects when they are included on these lists.  We commend the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services for continuing to update the list based on expert scientific advice from the Department of Conservation and Recreation's Natural Heritage Division.
