Do you have any idea how damaging and unnecessary restraints are for women about to give birth?  Do you actually think they are going to run out on you when they are having a child?  Can you even imagine what that also does to a child about to be born to have her mother in terrible distress?  Please, this is pure torture.  Change these barbaric laws.
