I am in favor of these regulations that require Abortion clinics to follow regulations that will provide safer conditions at their facilities. No abortion is safe or nessesary.  Abortion clinics are performing medical procedures.   Any place performing a "Medical Procedure" should be held to the same standards as all other medical facilities.
