The proposed regulations would be devistating to the gifted children of our state!  The decision makers at the local level have not clue what is necessary to challange and educate our gifted children.  It is so important to have the right people assisting in the planning process. 

Also, if we don't get money for our gifted programs slated to be used specifically and only for the gifted program, they will die! 

Please, please, please, do not adopt these regulations.  The future of our children is in your hands.  Please make the right decision!
